      Therefore, we must follow some principles and follow behaviors that help us maintain that respectful relationship, including that we must start that relationship with work from the parking lot, as choosing the right place to leave the car will have the first impression on customers if they see the employee outside the place Work, do not leave the car in a place that distresses others, or treat the car caller in an arrogant way, nothing will harm you if you greet him and smile at him. Then the stage of entering your workplace begins, in which you will definitely find between an employee and a customer heading towards the elevator, and if you find that there is a follow-up to stand in a line to take the roles in the uphill, do not crowd people and encroach on the roles of others in the row. But if the elevator is empty except for a few, then try to wait until people get out of it and then make those who are of greater stature or age precede you to enter and keep the distance inside the elevator.

      I recommend a slight smile when you enter the office so that it is the first look from you to your colleagues or clients and greet them and so that you feel the inner radiance of your cooperation on your working day. As for when someone enters you in your office, it is not appropriate to ignore people for the first time and not greet them, regardless of your position, postman or president.

And when you visit someone in his office, you must adhere to and ask permission before going to him.

And not behaving in a way that annoys the host, as if you were in your office.

Likewise, not to scatter papers on his office or putting the bag on it and not to prolong the time of the visit, and leave the host to specify the period because if he is interested in what you say he will make you aware of that.

      In the end, you should welcome the visitor and provide him with comfort when visiting him at your office.

If you are busy, you can seek the assistance of a colleague in the event that there is no office manager to receive him. Upon entering the office, he must immediately stand up and go out to greet him and shake hands with him pointing to where to sit.

In the end, when the visitor leaves your office, do not let him go alone, and you must accompany him to the door of the elevator or stairs .. not only in order to adhere to the rules of etiquette but in order to ensure his safety.
